I led the service and UX design for the transformation of the internal processes for the UK’s Intellectual Property Office to streamline and improve processing of patent applications.
I conducted extensive UX research, design, and testing to create a digital platform that automates and manages Shell’s global shipping operations working across 4 different time zones, 6 days of the week.
I worked closely with users to lay the groundwork in designing a world-class customer experience for Shell’s high value e-commerce platform.
I led 9 lean teams in de-risking innovation with data science and user research in a typically risk-averse business area.
As a personal project, I redesigned the user experience of registering to vote for local council elections by reintroducing the human element.
