Here’s the need-to-know:

  • Understanding the why is just as important as the how

  • User-centric and human-centered, always

  • Experienced service and UX designer

  • Seasoned scrum and agile practitioner

  • Self-taught, curious, and fast learner

  • Love solving complex problems

Now that you’ve read the summary, read on to find out what makes me tick…

Where the magic happens.

My interests span across design, data, and tech; and you can find me in the space where the three converge — AKA where the magic happens.

I love working on challenges that allow me to bring these three elements together and create enjoyable, functional, and memorable service moments be it digitally or offline.

More than the sum of its parts.

I studied Chemical Engineering at UCL and graduated with a Master’s in Engineering in 2019. I’ve always been a natural Systems Thinker which served me well in my studies and has been absolutely essential to my practice of Service Design and UX Research.

Understanding the individual elements and the relationships and interactions that make up a product or a service is key to designing moments that matter — because a cohesive, well-designed service is always greater than the sum of its parts.

… And this is how I roll.

Using the guiding tenets of Human Centered Design, my process involves focusing on the users’ needs through extensive and varied user research, using quantifiable data (where possible) to validate designs, assumptions, and hypotheses before making decisions; and iterating concepts and designs to come to the best and most optimised solution.

I believe in the power of iterative learning, which is why I don’t see failure as a lack of success — but an opportunity to learn.

After all, the biggest room in the world is room for improvement.

Now, for my other passion: film photography.

Film’s not dead… Just expensive.
